Commentary
Plot acquired by the client on the edge of the village of Marchington in Staffordshire, adjacent to a conservation area.
The existing house was converted while being used as a family home throughout.
The project was phased, with an oak-fronted timber framed garage as the first phase to provide storage facilities while the remaining house was converted.
1970’s house transformed into contemporary 6 Bedroom accommodation.
