The client obtained the site along with a 1970’s house.
Planning permission was granted to demolish the existing house, and construct this 5,500 sq ft individual house.
The stone mullioned windows and dark grey aluminium inset windows give the elevations a high quality finish.
As well as planning and Building regulation approval, the client retained our services for some construction detailing.
