Commentary
Initially a temporary location for the CFL facility, the existing building is dilapidated and poorly set out for the operation. Millar Design + Management were appointed to provide a design and schedule of works to upgrade the facility.
Improvements to building fabric, repairs, alterations and new shutter doors.
Improvements to internal layout to optimise use of space and improve material process flow within facility.
