Commentary
We improved the planning permission for the client by utilising more of the roof space, and rehousing the bats in detached garage roof spaces.
Separate private accesses were negotiated so each of the 3 dwellings has its own private drive and garaging facility.
The revised planning provided for 1 No 5 bedroom and 2No 4 bedroom dwellings.
